How to change/upgrade/downgrade my plan?

You can follow below steps to change/upgrade your plan,

  • Login to your Pepipost account
  • Go to the billing section as shown in below image
  • Click on “upgrade plan” button
  • Choose the Plan basis the approximate email volumes you plan to send monthly and click upgrade.
  • Your plan will be upgraded immediately.

In the case of a downgrade, the system will accept the request but the actual downgrade will happen after the end of the current month's billing cycle.
