My emails are not going but my account is active, what is the reason?

The probable reasons to this are as follows:
-You have sent emails exceeding your daily limit
-Your credits have exhausted (“0 credits remaining”)
-Your SMTP port / API fails to connect to the server. You can refer question 18 if you are using SMTP and for API related errors please refer this link.
